1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
📌 Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, return instructions will be shared
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
- Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
